Have a look at these simple tips to help improve traffic coming into your website - Page titles
The page title appears at the top of your web browser and appears as the blue link in Google searches. You can optimise your page titles by writing a title that describes your page and contains your keywords. A page title should contain no more than 100 characters and Google will show approximately 60 characters in it's search. Each page should have a unique page title that's focused for it's content. - Meta descriptions
Meta page descriptions appear within your HTML source code and in Google's search results just below the page title. Although this isn't used for ranking it is displayed in search results and could tempt a user to visit your website. Each meta description should be unique and focused for it's content. You have around 15 words to use in your meta description. - Content
Good quality content is needed on your website. - Incoming links
Incoming links are seen as a vote for your website, but any old incoming link is not appropriate, you need incoming links from related websites.
Don't forget other ways of promoting your website: make sure your website address is in your email signature, don't forget to add your web address to letters, invoices, compliment slips, newspaper or magazine adverts or any other part of your business that will be seen by potential clients.
